Project Info: The BAW Group Corporate & Product Brand Development
The BAW Group, an opportunistic real estate investment company located in Devon, Pennsylvania that has spent over a decade specializing in assets where they can “add value.” From residential development and building to the operations management of multi-family properties, they have the experience and expertise to analyze the marketplace, assess risk, find inefficiencies and add value to real estate. They are also known for being highly selective of our assets, detail-oriented and tenacious in executing on the plan. Their projects span from building single-family luxury resort properties in the region surrounding Telluride, Colorado to a diverse mix of real estate opportunities in the Greater Philadelphia area, such as: condo conversions, land development, condominium operations and management, property management and adaptive reuse. Current properties in Phoenixville, PA are Merchants Lofts I thru IV and The Schoolhouse.
As their business became more prevalent in Pennsylvania, The BAW Group needed a logo and website as well as some public relations help. They also needed new logos and websites along with other marketing collateral for five of their loft-style apartment communities: Merchants Lofts I thru IV and The Schoolhouse.
When it came to website development for Merchants Lofts, we created the site for one property, which then expanded to three more Merchants Lofts properties over the years. The client then decided to purchase a different property in the same town. However, this new property did not fully align with the Merchants Lofts brand but was still a loft style, so we created a new property brand for "The Schoolhouse" and decided to add this property to a new website, which was branded for The BAW Group's work in the Phoenixville, PA area. This is what the client requested because he wanted to be known for his loft-style and adaptive reuse real estate development in that area. So to accommodate his request, we named the geo marketing brand: The Phoenixville Lofts and created its website, which encompasses all four Merchants Lofts and The Schoolhouse properties.
What We Did
First along with input from our client, we designed a corporate logo and chose brand colors. We then developed a corporate website, which is due to be updated in 2020. Second over a eight-year time span, we began work on branding each of their four Merchants Lofts and The Schoolhouse properties in Phoenixville, PA. This included logo development, brand colors, a website, signage and additional marketing collateral. We also assisted with public relations efforts as each new brand launched. The client does a good majority of his own marketing; however, The BAW Group counts on JumpSpark Creative Group, LLC. for our design support and marketing consults as well as for website expansion and maintenance.
