Our Story
Twelve years ago, I left a diverse and exciting, 20+ year corporate career doing graphic design, branding, marketing, management and printing in the Philadelphia market to take a chance at becoming a full-time entrepreneur in northeast Pennsylvania.
In January 2010, I took my decades of award-winning experience and passions for design, writing and branding and launched a full-service, boutique creative and marketing agency called JumpSpark Creative Group, LLC. I chose this name to encompass everything that I want my clients to experience when branding and promoting their businesses…

Since opening over 10 years ago, JumpSpark Creative Group, LLC. has successfully helped numerous independent professionals and small businesses clients in the areas of: tourism; chamber or commerce; accommodations; cleaning; HVAC and plumbing; restaurant and hospitality; real estate sales, development and homebuilding; technology; education; finance, coaching and non-profit take their creative and branding to a whole new level and get the kind of results that make their businesses grow.
My intent was to always keep JumpSpark Creative small and to offer the high quality design and a variety of services that one would come to expect from a larger agency. This is why I personally, hand-selected my team of the best, like-minded Creatives and branding and marketing partners in our industry to ensure we deliver exactly what JumpSpark clients need on time and within budget. I also keep our client roster at a manageable number, so that our clients receive 1:1 dedicated service at all times.

When you work closely with a variety of clients for so many years, you learn from them and begin to see patterns in their challenges and pain points as well as in their current creative and branding needs. This is why I now call JumpSpark Creative Group, LLC. a Creative Studio and Branding Coach-sultancy and have streamlined our core offerings to: Brand Identity & Strategy, Creative Services and Coaching and Training.
Sure, we still create strong, authentic, cohesive and stand out brands that tell your story with a unique spark that attracts and deeply resonates with your target audience and gets results. And, we still give you high quality creative and excellent 1:1 service.
But our main focus and what makes us different is EDUCATING and WORKING CLOSELY with independent professionals and small businesses at the GROUND FLOOR of the branding process as a “coach-sultant” and/or support resource. The outcome is that our clients and even their staff understand the utmost importance of committing to building a solid, cohesive and holistic brand foundation beyond just a logo and tagline that will reinforce their marketing efforts and financial goals.
We do this by coaching you through every step of the branding process from ideation to collateral creation and strategy. This also helps DIY business owners, marketers and solopreneurs learn how to successfully brand their companies, products and services.
For broken, boring or dying brands, our goal is to revive them in a fresh and exciting way, whenever possible. However, we must first research, analyze, identify and provide actionable solutions to the critical issues that are affecting your brand and its performance in the marketplace.
